I took my Compaq laptop in for an insurance quote, i received the quote in 2 days, the guys looked after me explaining everything and even saved my data from the old drive which had recent oversea pictures on it. My insurance company had them repair it. 1st rate job its like new. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I'd give even less if I could! I took my Sony Vaio into for an insurance quote, 2 days later received a call telling me my laptop was ready to be picked up. I went in the following morning (as I was on the other side of town when they called and wouldn't be back in time), I was told my laptop wasn't ready and to go shopping for an hour. I was quite annoyed at this as I was busy and had no need to 'go shopping' regardless of them calling the previous day to tell me I could pick up my laptop. I returned an hour later to be told it still wasn't ready needless to say I was furious, the staff was rude and incredibly unprofessional. When I questioned staff as to why I was told yesterday it was ready but I've had to wait almost 2 hours now staff replied with "it's far from ready ok?!". I was livid, finally received the insurance quote they had undervalued my laptop by $2000, only reported visible damage and not hardware, and on top of that tried to fob me off with their most expensive laptop which was a $1500 Toshiba, telling me that was the equivalent which it was far from. Have since taken my Vaio elsewhere who were fantastic and have given me an exact report.
