I have only lived in Australia for a few months, so when BOTH my computers gave hassles, I did not have any personal recommendations for a computer company to fix them. I took my laptops to one or two places, but was shocked at the high prices. Eventually I phoned TechiTez who came to my house a few hours later, fixed the problem immediately, and charged less than the others despite coming to my home. As I had mentioned I had two laptops, two technicians came, but charged one rate for the hour. They were both extremely helpful, polite and friendly young guys (Frank and Jazz?) who offer a great service at a lower rate.
