Not the nicest and/or cleanest of places. I have been tattooed many times and I would not even consider this shop.
The bottom review mentions the dog, and I saw the exact same thing. I would never trust an establishment complete with dog.
Never again.

I must be honest - i will Never return to this establishment again!! I have a few piercing but none with the experience i had at this place!!
For starters, they had a small dog in the piercing room, talking about Parvo of all things!
They made clients walk up the road to McDonald's to get cups of ice for after piercings!
People fainted whilst unattended.

had one piercing done here (naval.) my mum chose this place for me as when i had my piercing done i was underage and needed her permission. she chose this place as they have great credentials on their walls and she heard great reviews. there price was great and fair and are very hygienic and sterilize well. the shop itself seem quite small but nonetheless professional. staff are very friendly and happy to assist in any way they can

Hi Mellie, thanks for your comments in relation to the afore-mentioned business. Sounds like this place could do with a visit from the Health Department. As with everything in life, it is the few incompetent (and unhygienic) businesses who make it difficult for the rest of us who do the right thing. Hopefully, management will take the constructive criticism onboard, instead of attempting to have the negative reviews removed. Thanks for spreading the word. Reeces
