Just went to Target at Sefton Park to stock up on my summer clothing. I've been shopping there for decades...in fact, since it opened. Kept coming back because the staff were always friendly and helpful. This time however I left $170.00 of shirts and "T" shirts at the Check-out and walked out because there are now no Check-out Staff...all self service kiosks. Why should I have to pay retail and also do their work for them. If Target want more market share then pissing off their long time shoppers is not the way to go about it. I will return when the checkout staff return and not before. I would give "0" for service if I could because there is no customer service any more. If this is Target of the future I may as well shop from an online store (but not Target): no parking hassles or COVID to worry about. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Is great how the store is now open until 9pm Monday to Friday nights. A good store to buy gifts. Unfortunatly I do not buy shoes for my son there as they are not as durable as more expensive brand name ones. They are okay for shoes for my daughter which saves money.

Good experience. Good sales on most items we bought. Check out lady didnt mind that we used three different gift cards to pay. Happy!

I was very excited to move close to sefton park as there are many benefits, however, I was most unhapy abouit the service I received from the Target at the Sefton shopping centre. I bought eight (drinking) glasses for our new house & had to ask the check-out girl to wrap them to avoid breakage, and then she proceeded to stack them all together and wrapped one sheet of newspaper around them. Ofcourse they broke on the way home, and the refund process took a long time when it could have been prevented.

This store is smaller than many others and sometimes the range isn't as big, but I usually find what I need from this store and they always have great sales. The only department which I visit regularly that appears to have been cut down is the entertainment department which is a real shame.

The store is always clean and is well looked after now the whole store has been renovated. It is a lot more inviting now and well-signed making it easy to find what you are looking for.

Target is located next to Foodland. This store is always clean and easy to navigate through. I find they have a wide range of larger clothing that some other stores. Today I purchased a black mens belt using cash and the remainder of my gift card. The staff member was ok using to methods of payment. Also, there was about 10 people in front of me but the waiting time in the queue was only a few minutes. Fast service with a smile.
