Customer service is a joke. No follow up phone calls after applying to trade up and buy a new car. Last we heard they were struggling to reach 'wholesale' price for our 4 year old car when 3 months earlier they were offering us book price. There is a huge difference between wholesale and book value. I will not even give them a service on our current vehicle again after this poor service.
