Don't Use This Business! We got onto them via a deal with Living Social; they came to detail our 4WD and said they could also cut & polish the entire vehicle for an extra $200. We agreed and paid them $200 in cash upfront in good faith as we had to go out. We came home that afternoon only to find they have only done half of the job, there were areas missed everywhere, they have ripped some of the mudguard infill strip out with the buff, there was cutting compound burns on the bump strips, indicators, mud flaps etc., they have only cleaned 3 of the wheels but had put silicon tyre shine on the dirty wheel.. Inside of the doors, under the bonnet, in the tail gate were still filthy, there was cutting compound still over the bull bar, side steps etc. I called them to discuss these issues and they said they would be over the next day to rectify the job, well this has gone on now for a month with false promises of rectification but they never show up even when they say they will, they don't even have the common decency to call us. $279 wasted!
