The doctors and nurses at Tannum Doctors are brilliant! Helen and Melinda are always caring and passionate about what they are doing. Shadfar is a great doctor and really listens to everything you have to say. Admin Staff could be a bit friendlier and smile every now and then.

The doctors/nurses are wonderful and supportive, they really listen to everything you have to say before making judgement or telling you what is wrong. However there are a couple of women at the front desk that need to change their attitude toward patients.

Tannum family practice... they are the nicest people in the world.. They make you feel welcomed always and they always remember your name. They are wonderful people every single one of them.

I have been the the Tannum Family Practice for a range of things. Whether I have had an appointment or not I have never had to wait for more than 15 minutes. The doctor always makes sure that I understand my treatment and the options that are availble. On the occassion that I have needed test the doctor has even given me a follow up call to make sure I have made an appoint for the test and then rings me when the test results are in
