Tame That Computer has what most businesses are sorely lacking in this day and age - honesty, integrity, exceptional product knowledge and friendly, no BS service that is second to none. Go and see Andy and you can be sure he will sell you what you want and what is best for your purpose. I make this last point to contrast with my view of mainstream computer retailers, who I have found to have very little product knowledge, and who always have a desire to sell you something completely unsuitable - I can only assume their manager tells them what is overstocked and needs to be sold.
I have purchased two new computers recently from Tame That Computer, one for our son's 18th birthday to be used primarily for games and internet, and one to run 3D modelling software that I need for uni. I have also purchased a laptop from here, around 3 years ago, and had services and a few software issues fixed from time to time as needed.
At all times during the purchasing process I was given assistance and advised on what I actually needed for the applications I had in mind. Andy actually guided me away from expensive components that I didn't need, and created a system each time that performed impeccably and came in well under the budget I gave him - I bet you won't find that at a major retailer!!
My other favorite reason to shop here is the lack of "crap" software installed on a system - buy a HP, Dell or whatever from a major retailer and you are continuously bombarded with demo software preinstalled from the factory, which can be difficult to remove completely. Andy only installs software that you want or need, no other BS.
I am assured that Tame That Computer has the best warranty in the business (which I don't doubt) but I've honestly never needed to use it, as I've never had any issue with any of the gear I have bought there.
If you want to pay double for an under performing system with no product support and gimmicky features you will never use - try Harvey Norman. Otherwise, head in to see Andy and the boys for a system you will love and the best service you are likely to find anywhere. Highly recommended!!

I purchased my computer from Tame that Computer two years ago now Andy has BEST warranty in Australia as far as I am concerned. I do not know anyone else who OFFERS SOFTWARE WARRANTY as well as normal Hardware warranty on all his computers and Andy and his Team are excellent in every aspect of Computer Sales, After service and Warranty.I cannot praise this man enough. I bought my computer from Andy in 2006 and since a laptop in 2010. Whenever I have a problem Andy's always available and helpful. His service is second to none and a lot of times doesn't charge for his time. More personal than the big stores as well.
