We booked this venue for our garden wedding and reception after 3 phone conversations and an onsite visit. The day after paying a deposit they asked for extra money to use the garden (something we had be assured many times was included) they also didnt like the times we had put down and changed them to what they felt was a more "propper" time despite our conversations about having young children so electing for an afternoon event. When confronted with their dishonesty they informed us that they didnt want our business anymore but. Would be keeping the deposit they had for 24 hrs to cover their costs. The wedding was still 9 months away
