The restaurant style with touch screens reminds me of Wagaya in the CBD. Chicken Karage is really nice. The prices are very reasonable, less than $15 for meat, rice, and miso. The food doesn't take long to get to your table and there's plenty of staff around to assist you. There's even a small kids area with a gate if you want to drop them down.

This place is one of my favourite places in Chatswood to eat. It is a nice, tucked away restaurant with a fantastic understated decor, and touch screens for ordering.

I appreciate that they offer half-sizes for many of their more popular dishes. I am fond of the tonkatsu doria, as well as their creamy spaghetti. I feel like the portions of their half-sizes are definitely enough for myself, and I know some of my friends who have a heartier appetite will often order two half-sizes to try more of their menu. Their mentai potato salad is also definitely worth a go, it is very unique to their menu and a great salad.

They also have a kids play area, which seems like it would be handy for those with younger children who aren't as interested in the eating aspect of this restaurant. Thoughtful, and service is good.

I tried this restaurant recently and was surprised at how many customers seemed fine with its food. I chose a pasta and it was so cheesy and oily I couldn't stand the taste as it was coated with it and basically inedible. Out of all my friends, only one was satisfied with her dish- an omelette rice- but even then I don't think it was worth the price tag for what it was like.

Nice place to dine in. The food is nice there and what is special about this place is that you order your food from a computer embedded on to the wall and you simply select what you want to eat. Then the kitchen receives your orders and make your food. This makes things much easier and faster !

Food is better than expected. we ordered a Tonkotsu shoyu ramen, soup base is quite good. have to try the scallop, prawn and garlic fried rice - very nice! beef tataki wasn't the best value for money. Highlight - you can order your own food via a touch screen menu at the table, and it keeps tab on how much your order is, very helpful.

Touch screen service which is fun, you can try lots of small items by ordering half sizes. Great selection, lovely sushi. Japanese pasta dish was so yum we ordered half size to try then we order a full size on top. The Wakame flavours with cream was so good.
The only thing is we wouldn't mind more selections for the desserts. But it has never stopped us going back.

Every table has a touch screen monitor which you use to order your food drinks and even your bill. I love the food there because they offer a fairly different style of Japanese food to your traditional sushi, tempura kind of stuff and for the not so hungry and children they offer half portions. Best informal Japanese dining in Chatswood.

Approximate cost: $5.90-18
