(Unfortunatley) had to be represented by these guys - creon coolahan in particular for a legal matter. he was great. explained things clearly, listened and understood my point of view exactly and had a reasonable outcome considering this needed to be done for the moral of the issue and preventative and not for the compensation. his support staff were also very good - both were always accessible and always returned phonecalls and was available readily on email.
