I've always had a fascination with street food. And Taiwan is famous for its street food. Ordered rib stewed in medicinal herbs. This was a soup and despite a distinct medicine flavor (mainly angelica), I really like it. Note that some of the medicinal herbs aren't meant to be eaten (can be un-chewable). Also ordered deep fried chicken pieces. This is another famous Taiwanese street food. The portion size is good and the chicken was very crispy but flavor wise I've had better elsewhere. The third thing I tried was Ba Wan (Taiwanese meat ball). I thought it tasted strange but maybe thats just how its meant to be.
