We went to Sydney's to buy a dinning table as they were the only furniture shop that had a dinning table that had chairs that would match our lounge seems we have a open plan home.
We had the table and chairs for under six months when a chair broke.
When i called sydneys they told me that i would have to pay and wait for up to 4 weeks for a new chair to arrive.

I went in there and spoke to the guy that sold us the table and told him the story he got us the chair for free and the new chair arrived in under 5 days.

They are a little pushy when they know if you are after something because they dont want you to go any where else. They also rush at you once you entre the store.

There prices are not that great considering some of the prices i could go to a place like Harvey norman and get something that is better built.
