Great day to see the whales. Memories could be better if the vomitron wasn't in action. Online group discounts help to malign the experience as the all you can eat buffet doesn't come with what should be an obligatory warning of rough seas ahead.

80% of passengers were green. Definitely suggest lite eating from personal experience.

I have wanted to do this for the longest time and finally decided to "Take the plunge" I am scared of the sea as I nearly drowned as a child but I do not get sea sick.
I picked the larger boat "the Dreaming" as I felt it would be more comfortable if the sea got a bit rough and it was a good decision. It was cold and rainy but the crew were fantastic and so patient with some passengers who definitely should not have been on board. The weather had been the same on the earlier cruise in the morning and there were some stunning pics of that but this afternoon the whales were unco-operative, but hey, they are wild and do their own thing. The lady member of the crew was very friendly and efficient and Jonas the onboard photographer is amazing and gives a very good commentary too. Some whales came quite close to the boat and although they refused to breach it was still amazing. I intend to go again later in the year when the weather is more settled as I don't enjoy cold weather but I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone who wants a really awesome experience.Check out the pics on their website!

Approximate cost: $80.00
