Elizabeth is amazing and so are her flowers!! The easiest person I found to deal with throughout my whole wedding process. So supportive and easy to commincate with. She came highly recommended through many friends and did not disapppoint. She made my dream bouquets and reception come to life. Even better than I imagined. All her work went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Sydney Wedding Flowers to anyone looking for amazing flowers and amazing service.

Wow I'm am not surprised with poor feedback from other unhappy brides today as I check reviews for this company. I too had a terrible experience with them. After clarifying with Elizabeth in person regarding every detail to my order, nothing on my day was right. None of my requests in details were met and if these details could not been met they should had spoken to me for alternatives. I had paid additional on top of my package to find that I had missing flowers and now have been going back and fourth for my refund, it really is a pain after your wedding is over and you are meant to be stress free. Elizabeth did not take responsibility for any mistakes, even passing the blame onto the team who had organized the flowers for the day, how shocking? She herself was the one who had written down all my request however this never followed through. If your team is working for your company, aren't you held responsible? Although still apologizing she does not take any accountability, which makes no sense. I feel they have cut corners and do not listen to their customers and somewhat are really just after your money. Also the service given had changed after my wedding was over. After giving feedback regarding my day she showed no concerns, possibly for the reason it happens frequently so it's not uncommon with them however, this proves their total lack of service and management. I don't recommend them at all therefore I am writing this. Save yourself from stress and massive disappointments.. from an extremely unhappy bride who got let down.

Elizabeth is fantastic. My flowers were amazing. They were just what I wanted. I would highly recommend Elizabeth. She was attentive and her attention to detail was great. Her quality of work and service was fantastic!

I loved my flowers and arrangements from Elizabeth and the team at Sydney Wedding Flowers. Everything was clear and available on the website with no hidden prices, I loved the fact I could have what ever flowers I wanted that was in season and wasn't charged an additional premium. Most of my communication was initially via email and I always received quick responses. On the day I was so pleased with my flowers bouquets, you put a lot of trust into the florist and I wasn't disappointed, they were stunning! All our guests commented on our table arrangements. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Elizabeth and her business at all. First class, with amazing designs and service.

Where do I start! Elizabeth is phenomenal. I was so overwhelmed with the beauty of all our floral arrangements and bouquets. I can't believe how beautiful they were after my sketchy description! It was so much prettier than I anticipated and the whole room smelled amazing! They are wonderful and reccommend them to everyone!

I was very disappointed with my flowers at my wedding. My bouquets for me and the bridal party were pretty and what I wanted in appearance but they were wilting and falling off. There were petals everywhere. The bridal party could not use their bouquets anymore after the ceremony.
There was also $500 worth of flower arrangements that I had asked for that I did not see at my ceremony and my reception. My ceremony arrangements were filled with green leaves after I had specifically told her I did not want that. I even showed and emailed her a picture of what I wanted and it was completely different at my ceremony.
She was really nice and easy to communicate with and that is why I am even more disappointed with the end result.

Unlike some previous experiences, i personally asked for a lady who had done my friend's wedding because i was told she was the best. She was always supportive and maintained communication. I could call her whenever and she would always pick up. On the day, everything arrived on time and fresh. She stayed to make sure everything worked out! Altogether a great experience. However, the pricing was a little too much and got me to run out of my budget.

We chose to go with Sydney Wedding Flowers because they provided exceptional face to face customer service and were professional.

After they had received our money, there was an extreme lack of communication (emails were replied to weeks after sending them and after numerous follow up emails were sent. The phone always rang out and phone calls were never returned). I honestly didn't even think the flowers were going to turn up on the day!!

The flowers were what I wanted, however the all the bouquets were uneven and dying by the time they got to me. Some of the pin on flowers for the boys broke before the ceremony even started and if they weren't broken, the flowers were starting to wilt and the petals were falling off!

I would not be recommending Sydney Wedding Flowers to anyone. Save yourself the stress and hassle and pay a little bit extra to get quality service.
