These people have great expertise, genuinely love dogs and are responsible carers for them. They gave my dog a shampoo unasked, and looked after him well. The first time he went there he was anxious, but the last time, he knew where he was going, and was fine about it.

Excellent service. My dog seemed to thoroughly enjoy his experience. After his three week intensive training course he was perfectly behaved. Great value for money and would thoroughly recommend John and his staff to anyone looking for fantastic results. We have dealt with other trainers in the past with disappointing results. We had the best experience with this company from start to finish, my pup was picked up in an air con doggy van than training for 3 wks with a few personal requests with training that was clearly met. Toby now walks calmly next to me, no more jumping & pulling he has learnt basic dog manners sit, heel, stop, down, its amazing what can be achieved in only 3 wks He is still cheeky but in a good way now & he also has routine now he has a bed time he gets up at the same time he is also feed 3 times at set times through out the day so no more begging its great! also when I picked Toby up I was given an intense 1 hr learning session I was taught how to handle him and shown how its all done. The only negative thing I could say is I wished I did it sooner. thankyou John and the team.

I cried when I drove off, having to leave my gorgeous dog behind. I felt so bad that my overseas travel plans were last minute & his usual boarding places were booked out. The place was disgusting. I had driven two hours to get there so I asked to use the bathroom. When they showed me to a outdoor laundry/toilet I was horrified with the state it was in. There was dirty clothes all over the floor, disgusting, unorganized. When I picked my dog up, he was in a disappointing condition. He's use to boarding house but he's never acted this way. I will never ever leave my dog there again if it's the last place on earth.
