My experience with Sam was also brilliant. He struck me as a decent and honest man, genuinely trying his best to get my car back on the road and in as new condition. Sydney Collision Car Star was recommended to me by NRMA and I will certainly return there when and if I need work done on any of my cars at my own cost.

Sam was great and easy to deal with to get my car assessed and then when I dropped it off Christian looked after me the whole way through and made it a real easy process and worked around my needs more then anything. I was told 5-7 working days and only took 4 days. I would just like to thank the boys there for their great service. cheers Peter

These people assured me that my small job would take 1 to 2 weeks to repair. It took 2 months. They were difficult to contact throughout and simply kept telling about the completion date. I had to pay for a hire car in the meantime. Buyer beware. There are a lot of good repairers around. DO NOT go to this one. If NRMA insists on referring you to these people, REFUSE to go.

Similar bad experience, I was given the promise during the initial assessment that my car would be fixed in 5 days. It has been delayed to the 8th day now. At least Sydney Collision Repair Centre should let me know when I can get my car back.

I have a problem with Sydney Collision Repair Centre (Carstar), where I with a two week rental car period, I dropped my car off to Sydney Collision Repair Centre on a Friday, it wasnt till the following Thursday that Sydney Collision Repair Centre contacted my insurance company to say it was there, the following Tuesday (now second week) the assessor came to Sydney Collision Repair Centre to assess the damage, my car was ready when I got a call from Sydney Collision Repair Centre at about midday on the Friday after. Due to work restrictions I couldnt pick it up until the next business day (Monday), I was slugged personally over $200 from Avis for the extra 2 days on the rental which was out of my control. Sydney Collision Repair Centre doesnt want to take responsibility.

Gavin is a great character and the main man:-) I found Gavin very help after being referred by NRMA at Brookvale. I returned a second time for Gavin to repair damaged door at my cost. Great work and excellent service. However he does have the Sabath off which is fine by me. Very honest and reommended Ronnie2088
