I took a class that went for three hours on a Saturday.
This was chocolate heaven. We got to make chocolate bars and made some cool chocolate drinks.
What an amazing lesson I had at the Sydney Choclate School- I came across this on the internet and because I'm a chocolate lover, I wanted to learn more about chocolate. Here, I learned how to hand tamper chocolate- which is a traditional technique that is now fading out. I also learned what is good chocolate, some history and the manufacturing process of chocolate. In 3 words I would describe this place to be- traditional, professional and (high) quality. Now I know how to read the ingredients on the back of chocolate and discern whether its worth buying or not!
