Our meal here wasn't bad but it wasn't fantastic either. Service is slow, even though they weren't that busy. Had bacon and eggs on sourdough which was cheap for $12 but the poached eggs were way overcooked, so much so that you couldn't even call them poached. I think this place survives because of its location, certainly not its quality food. Would not go back.

We like going to Switch as it give the impression of a little more upper class dining in the shopping centre environment. The service is fantastic and the menu caters for everyone including kids.

Not sure why we give this place so many chances. The food is alright but nothing to rave about. Was once served a half cooked pizza. Slightly over priced and can hardly ever get service once you're seated and have ordered meals. On many occasions we have waited long periods for food to come out (when it wasn't very busy) or for more service. It's now become a bit of a personal joke to go to Switch and see how long it takes us to get served. Would go here as a last resort or if I was desperate for a sit down meal while shopping, as the food isn't terrible.

Good place for a quiet night out with the "club" atmosphere. Food is really great value, and the menu is varied. Its the kind of place you can take the kids etc. during the day, and have a bit of fun at during the night. Will always go back to Switch :)

Lovely atmosphere. Been here for lunch and dinner menu. Food has always been great but can be on the pricey side compared to other nearby restaurants.

Nice place with a kind of lounge feel. The food is nice and you get a very decent portion. It is quite pricey though. The service is quick and you don't usually wait long for a meal.

This place is seriously great value for money. Food is fantastic and reasonably priced and the dainty selection of gorgeous cocktails are always a winner. Lots of room to dine either in or out.

This place is just awesome. If you want a night out with your friends for a coffee or food or just a chat this place comes highly recommended by me. Although a little costly, well worth the while dining out as this place is very comforting and pleaseiong.

Fantastic food! My only issue is the price is a bit exorbitant - $23 for a small portion of pasta?? I was incredibly disappointed when they removed their amazing bruschetta which has pesto + pumpkin etc from the menu, only a week after I'd fallen in love with it!

Great place anytime of day. Very modern and suits either a fun night with friends or a casual dinner with the family. I have been many times and the food and drinks have always been good.
My complaints, some of the wait staff that serve the meals don't tie their hair back. One girl with very long hair leaned over to pass a meal to someone on the other end of the table and her hair went over my food. I mentioned it to the manager as not to embarrass the girl and I was told it would be dealt with. The next time I saw her working her hair was still not tied back.
Another time I went with my boyfriend a new girl forgot to to put our orders through and we had to wait 1hr and 15mins for our meals, but we got our drinks for free and girl was very apologetic.

Approximate cost: $15-25
