they are good at there job and give good service, but i think they are bit expensive and sell you chemicals which you could do without. they could give better advice but then they would sell less

Swimart is a fantastic company with friendly, helpful and approachable staff.
We bought a new house in Springwood with a pool and the owners told us the pool details were on file at Swimart. Having never owned a pool before this meant very little to us, but we gave them a call and asked what we needed to do.
They sent a staff member around to our place to explain how all the equipment worked and fill us in on how to appropriately maintain our pool and what they can do to help.
Every month we take a water sample to them to get analysed to make sure that the water is fine, they they let us know if there is anything wrong with the chemical balance. There is no pressure to purchase anything, no drama on any occasion, they are just super helpful and always do what they can to make sure we are swimming in a safe pool.
If you are a bit at sea with your pool and like to check that it is up to scratch before you and your kids spend too much time in it, I absolutely recommend this company!!
