I have attended the Mediterranean and Moroccan classes and they are great. Heather is brilliant at what she does, just the right personality for this kind of business. I have also purchased many of her chutney, sauces, marinades etc on several occasions and they are really delicious.
I have booked a whole class with the girls from my work to do the Japanese class and am really looking forward to it, as I know it will be a lot of fun and the best thing is, we get to sit down and eat at the end!
Thoroughly recommend this to everyone.

Heather runs cooking classes from her home. Usually run for about 3-4 hours, you make 3 courses as well as a condiment to take home. Courses are very personable and good fun with wines to match and you get to taste and take home what you have made. Her courses are often to be found on one of the daily deals sites but she can be contacted directly also.

Heather also makes many condiments herself for sale at markets or at her home during courses, such as dukkah, chutneys, mustards, relishes, jams etc, most of which are just delicious.
