Have been to Sushi Bay Charlestown on a number of occasions and I love it! It is normally quite busy, sometimes we've had to wait for a table to come up however it's never been for very long! Sushi is lovely and fresh, you can watch them making it right in front of you! There is Australian cuisine to choose from also, you have to order and wait for this however. Sushi Bay is a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it. Will always go back.

We took the kids in there after a movie and it has a massive train that backs on itself so you have two rows going past you at any one time so if you miss something it won't be long until it comes back. They have a huge choice of hot and cold dishes but a little over priced although in a large centre like that you have to expect it a bit. I'd go back again withoutna doubt as it may be pricey but all fresh not like those little pre made stands that smell so yucky.

the sushi bay has great sushi nice and fresh, though i get take away as i find the shopping center to loud but great food.
