Terrible terrible terrible!
Do not book through this agent, and definitely do not stay in Room 402.
Toilet had been urinated in, huge clump of hair in shower, rude staff, no air conditioning, outdated apartment!
Made an official complaint we were that disgusted!

We booked accommodation through them and double checked it ticked all our boxes of 'essentials'. We paid. Then they lost the payment (after sending the receipt). They found the payment again.
When we arrived they had moved us and the accommodation wasn't suitable nor what we had paid for. I phoned and the owner was very rude, speaking down to me and almost spelling his answers out. He refused to move us until the following day. I said this wasnt good enough-we are on holidays, have 2 children (one being 5 months old) and we have a full schedule. We do not have time for this etc. Hung up in tears. 5 mins later we get a call saying they suddenly have a new apartment for us. New apartment was what we had requested!
We then vacated and received a call a few hours later offering us cash to vacate today as they double booked our apartment! Luckily we had already vacated! It would not have gone down well at all if they were trying to get us to vacate early! Imagine that-calling someone at lunchtime while they are on holidays expecting them to come back from a theme park or whatever they are doing, pack up and vacate their accommodation they booked and paid for months in advance AND for them to find new accommodation! Absolutely disgusting! Rude rude people!

I booked holiday accommodation through these guys, They were always very helpful and very honest with me. I booked over the phone and when we arrived in surfers we had to go to the office and pick up a key for the apartment that we rented. The man was lovely he couldnt do enough for us. We would book holiday accommodation with them again.
