Great service. Cleaners arrived on time (first time I've experienced this), were friendly and very thorough. Got my bond back with no issues and very happy with the price. Worth every penny to get things done properly.

I was supposed to have bond cleaning and carpets steam cleaned.
When they were finished
And had returned to reclean I still had to pay an extra $100 to another cleaner to finish it as even toilets were not cleaned.
I also had to pay another carpet cleaner $380 to clean and remove stains left behind by these cleaners, they left stain on carpets from buckets had not even hoovered correctly and left the house with a fowl smell even a week later. Also there hose had left marks on most of the walls.
When I tried to discuss the situation with Superior bond cleaning even though I had written reports from professionals proving my complaint I got an email response listing made up lies about walking on carpets to early etc.. Which did not happen and regardless wouldn't have caused the damage done.
Superior bond cleaners will cost you money and a serious amount of hassle to fix what they messed up.

"Overall the cleaning is perfect!" My real estate agent was so impressed by the state of the house, she had to use an exclamation mark.

I have never used a cleaning service when ending a lease before as I always thought I wouldn't pay for something I could do myself but after trying it, I wouldn't hesitate using Superior Bond Cleaning again. Everything was left in an amazing state including getting out squished cheese from an active toddler and a sparkling shower after being used by a grubby carpenter.

Sophie, the booking manager, was very nice but I could tell that the cleaners who came weren't really happy about their job and I felt like I was an inconvenience to them and not a paying customer. But the amazing job they did completely outweighs that.

the cleaners did a superb job, however they only half cleaned my fridge. Ididn't notice that they didn't clean the vegetable crisper and so when it came to getting my bond back I didn't get it all back. Sophie claims I never asked them to clean my fridge, when I had the email proof and they refused to refund as per their 100% bond back guarantee.
the other thing I didn't like is that they didn't tell you until 12 hours beforewhat time they would be showing up, not ok. and then the ccleaners arrived 40mins late anyway.
was not pleased with not getting my bond back and was very annoyed with the disorganization. I definitely would not recommend.

We recently hired Superior Bond Cleaning to do our end of lease clean. After many horror stories of other cleaners we were nervous. Sophie who takes your bookings is lovely and put us completely at ease. Andrew who actually did the cleaning and steam cleaning of carpets did an amazing job, we got out bond back no problem at all. Will be using this company in future and have no hesitation after our experience to recommend them to anyone.
