Off to a bad start. Spent an eternity on the phone signing up only to receive no paperwork. I rang the next day and was told we'd have to start all over again. Talk about a red flag. No thank you.

For many years, the annual rental of our 210 Kg Supagas cylinder has been $156. Yesterday, 3 October, we received an account for the same thing but almost 51% more expensive at $235.20! How can this be justified? Now looking around for alternatives.

Ordered Gas on the Monday. Got told it would be there Tuesday no such luck. Rang on a Tuesday got told it would be there on Wednesday. Still nothing. Rang on Wednesday and got told it would be there on Thursday. Still got nothing. Poor effort looking at changing providers !
