The two people handling the service were extremely happy and cheerful which certainly helps for a good experience. Nothing was too much.

Dear Sunshine Toyota, I usually put my Rav into be serviced at Toyota Currimundi. Yesterday they were booked out however there was an opening at Sippy Downs. I must say the service from all the team was amazing. Paul was professional and friendly, also Josette explained the final report and bill to me, a big thank you to the mechanic Jarrod but most of all the professional service I received from Sam Perry. What a dedicated employee you have in Sam. From the moment I walked in nothing was too much trouble. He updated me by phone of any concerns with my car and offered prices of tires but most of all my dreaded audio unit which hasn't worked for 2 years....the final report. I do hope my feedback gets forwarded through to the General Manager with thanks from an appreciative customer. My Rav has been remarkable. It makes it very hard to ever think of changing models... The Service was excellent as the staff needed to change their programme to fit in my car service due to me having attend and unexpected funeral. Also the mechanic who serviced the car gave me feed back on the condition of the car and also all the dashboard lights are working for the first time since I purchased the car. I would have him service my car.
