I would like to say a big thank you to Dan for his professionalism and pleasant none pushy manor. He was very accommodating with our needs as a young family buying a new family car. I had the feeling that he genuinely knew what he was talking about and he seemed to enjoy his work. Ryan was another big stand out that helped us to "seal the deal" and his manor was professional as well. Kristen had a friendly manor, was well presented and was able to tell us about the Kluger features when we picked it up. This was a smooth transaction and all staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend Sunshine Toyota to other family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful car. He was our first contact when we approached your firm. He was happy to provide information on the Corolla we were interested in purchasing without being "pushy" and allowed us time to come to a decision based on that information. All my dealings with Toyota in Brisbane over the last three visits have left me frustrated and wishing I hadn't bought a Toyota Prado. I look forward to talking with your technical person as he was away this service. I have only had the Prado 18 months. Customer service from Tayla and Elizabeth and listening to how other issues where dealt with buy your staff, should be used as a bench marked for other Toyota sites (Australian Businesses). "I desperately hope it wasn't a one of experience".

Mike the salesman was a gentleman who sold us a vehicle because of his no pressure approach. All other staff we had to deal with during the purchase process where all helpful and friendly
