I ordered a kitchen benchtop. He cut the wrong size benchtop and the hole for the sink was too big and he broke a sink clip so he had to glue the sink down with silicone.
Because the benchtop was cut too big he had to come back to repair it and he wasnt happy about it. The laminate on the benchtop peeled off after 3 months and when it was repaired it was lumpy. It peeled again after 24 hours and he repaired it again and then refused to fix it a third time and referred me to the manufacturer. He didnt want to deal with it.
I personally dont think this guy is a qualified cabinet maker. My benchtop was glued together with liquid nails instead of wood glue, I was advised by the manufacturer who had to come out to repair my benchtop.
The fact this person then refused to deal with me after not being able to fix my problem shows lack of profesionalism as a business.
