Their customer service is really good. I am a customer of nab but I went there to ask some questions and they were kind. Not like nab's staff which is the worst. I had a good feeling about them. After that, I assumed they intentionally tried to be kind because they want me to change the bank, so I asked other people and they mostly said suncorp's customer service is generally good.

Opening hours don't suit the working man closed Saturday and Sunday. You can open an account on line with no Id proof look like another way you can fraud? But you need to into a branch too close an account that has no money in it.

Love their everyday options account and up to 15 sub accounts. Very handy to separate bills and budget. Great service and products

This bank is one of the few traditional services. I have never been on hold for longer than 1 minute to speak to a consultant. Their phone banking is manned 24 hours a day. Website works perfectly and their interest rates always seem to be a small cut above the rest.
