1 star because off poor phone skills can't get them to answer which it is pretty bad for doctors not to answer a phone call

Don’t visit this hospital from receptionist till dr’s r scrap.....

Dr broke the niddle on my 6yrs daughter while taking a flu shot.

And Victoria medical system is very different to make complain.....

Avoid! Unless it’s the last clinic left in the world, Avoid.

I have been attending this medical centre since I was a teenager. It started off with one GP and now has 11 GPs. Still great service with very friendly and helpful reception staff. Almost everything under one roof with access to allied health and nurses. Would strongly recommend. Also great that I don't have to make an appointment to be seen with waiting time at most 45 minutes.
