Sullivan & Nicolaides have consistently refused to issue a second receipt for 2 invoices fully paid for. I need to lodge a "statement of claim and benefit payment form" but have no idea who issues this, so I'm unable to lodge a Medicare claim. I'm not sure whether their administration is arrogant or incompetent but it shouldn't be this difficult.

Burocratic and difficult to deal with

I only wanted others to be aware of the business practices this pathology collection agency are conducting by omitting information to make money. We are a family of five and I now have a $187 bill to pay that I would have avoided if they had been honest and told me to go to the issuing pathologist. I tried to solve the issue with their customer service who was so rude I had to end the call.

I will never go there again. Their billing system is archaic. Ironic that in waiting for 20 minutes to get my receipt number I had to listen to recorded messages about how advanced their testing was. I had to wait 3 months to get my out of pocket expenses back.

I have a dislike of needles but have been going here for quite some time and have always found the ladies very accommodating and friendly. Usually you do not have a wait and the clinic is very clean.

this place has always been amazing for me. i have a phobia of needles and they always give me the best of the best person for the job and time it around me. great people.

The staff have been very helpful at this patholgy, they are very quick and you can get in and out very quickly, which is good when you have to get to work! They even rushed me though last time (in June last year) as they could tell by my uniform that I had to get to work and I must have been the only one waiting that had to get to work. This is the only place that I have had a blood test that didnt even hurt at all which was great. They always get the needles ready where I cant see, as I hate watching them do that!
