If I could give this salon 0 stars, I would. I went in for a cut & color wanting to go a darker blonde, where the management proceeded to color my hair brown claiming that the golden blonde picture I brought in was that color. It was not & after discussing it with my family I gave them a chance to correct what they did. They proceeded to strip my hair with a bleach wash & add a lighter blonde on top, however it came out splotchy & orange. I left the salon embarrassed & didn't know what to do. I called them to tell them my concerns & that I would contact another salon to fix it & they was VERY rude to me. Management told me if they put foils in my hair it would all fall of & was just awful. I proceeded to contact another salon who booked me an appointment to look at my hair. They were horrified & what this salon had done to my hair & booked me an appointment that day. I had four people checking up on my hair at all times, & was treated like family. They foiled my hair & it came out the most beautiful color I think my hair has ever been & just the color I had originally wanted. I was upset that I had to spend money getting it fixed so I went in in person (after I tried to call & leave a message with no return call) to ask for a refund & was denied. Never again!

Amazing service. Lovely girls and a relaxing atmosphere.
