Would not trust this agency with any of my rental properties again. I recently sold an apartment a little after a tenant broke his lease and they didn’t communicate to the tenant my specific instructions and incorrectly let the tenant walk away without paying what was owed and fair. I was left out of pocket more than 3 weeks rent. They refuse to admit their mistake and didn’t even apologise. They said if I sold the property through them they would consider compensating me for their mistake so that obviously admits they were in the wrong.
Make sure everything is in writing when dealing with them because in my opinion it’s more about their bank balance over their customer service.
