Our Son and his fiancé purchased a property from DJ Stringer Coolangatta 3 months ago. At the time it was still being rented and they understood that they couldn't move in until the lease was up, however in that time the tenant was having a medical procedure and needed extra time in the house, so in good faith they allowed her to stay a little longer.
When the tenants finally moved out, everything went down hill from there, to opening the front door the stench of cigarette smoke was appalling ( contract stated no smoking inside) . Professional cleaners were suppose to have cleaned the carpets and oven, neither were done. The gutter above the garage was dented by a removal van ( which was missed by the agent on the final inspection).
When it came to resolution in regards to the damage of the property, support from the agent was disappointing, even though she was in agreeance that the damage was caused by the tenants and we had the opportunity to take it to the Tribunal , her support was not forthcoming .
I work in Customer Service. If I were to treat my clients like this woman has treated my family, I simply wouldn't have any !
