I was not happy at all with the job done. The carpets were not vacuumed and to me looked worse after the companies visit. After going into the rooms with my vacuum cleaner I was able to vacuum up the fluff he said would not come out. I'm dissapointed I paid so much for such a poor and short job.

I had to cancel my original carpet cleaning appointment after Darren had already shown up (please try not to do the same) and he was very good and understanding about it.

Darren was very friendly, was on time, did a thorough job without any stuffing around, treated a couple of stains and did it all for a very good price.

Darren from Straight-up Carpet cleaning and Pest control he removed all the marks I thought wood not come out and there were a lot of dead cockroachs when he left. I did not no we even had a problem with. I have and will recommend Darren.
