Step Into Life Cheltenham is the only fitness regime I have been able to stick to - the gym bores me and I have trouble motivating myself.
I have been a happy member for just over 12 months now, and even after moving 30km away from the venue I still train with Donna at Step into Life Cheltenham! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a challenge, and wants to make a positive step forward in their health and fitness!
Yesterday I had a call from the gym - hi we can offer you the same the rates if you join back. I said - no thanks and to her surprise I then answered " I have joined step into life and am loving group personal training! Step has been a great change for me after being a gym member for 6 years. I needed a change and 18months on I can say that I still thoroughly enjoy it - exercising with wonderful and friendly people. I have enjoyed being challenged and seeing great results. Although not needing to lose weight I have noticed increased strength, improved coordination and I feel more firm and toned. The variety keeps it interesting and it's easy to get motivated and continue exercising with a great trainer like Donna. The group consists of broad abilities and ages and Donna ensures each member works hard during the session and to the best of their ability. I would highly recommend you be a part of this great group!

I joined Step into Life Cheltenham with Donna just over twelve months ago. I needed to loose weight and improve my general fitness. I was looking for a fitness programme I would be able to continue and not get bored with...I certainly found it. Donna is a very experienced and capable trainer and now after loosing the weight and feeling so much better about myself ,I wouldn't miss a training session. I do 3 sessions a week and for the first time in my life really enjoy every minute of it. The sessions are varied, you never know what you will be doing from week to week. No getting bored !! and what a great group of people I have met. All I can say is "Come and join us..you will love it "

I can say for sure that participating in the toning sessions run by Donna is helping me to self-manage long-standing injuries. I needed to develop and maintain core strength for my back and the sessions have enabled me to do just that!! Donna has respected my personal understanding of my limitations, but challenges me to be confident when she understands what I can do. I feel really great after each session and my back is now feeling extremely stable. Lynn
Donna makes the experience of exercise so much fun, I never thought I would enjoy it so much at the same time being challenged and supported every step of the way. Its not just about Donna, the people there have been so encouraging to me that they have become friends, its another social outlet but unlike gyms it is supremely supportive - I want to say thank-you to Donna and all of the other step into lifers for being supportive, cheerful, and keeping me laughing all the way to my healthier lifestyle. Its only been four months but I never have to "drag myself to the gym" anymore (and I have a tan too!)
Step into Life proves that exercise is fun - and it should be!
The Step into life concept is a great way to exercise as you are booked in for each session you have advised you will attend. If you can't attend you have to notify the trainer (Donna) before the session and she doesn't take excuses lightly. Then you have to rebook to another time, so it is a deterrent for any "can't be bothered tonight" excuses. Donna is a really good motivator and will push you into better results and also work with you on any areas where you feel you have a weakness.

Step into life has been fantastic in helping me establish a regular exercise program and maintain a good level of fitness. I find it easier to put my fitness in the hands of someone experienced and love that every session is different, all I have to do is get there and throw myself into whatever the session offers! Donna is incredibly supportive especially when she sees you making an effort and will ensure you get as much out of the sessions as possible. Its a great way to exercise - give it a go!
I love coming to Step! This way i keep up an exercise schedule. I enjoy the variety of different activities we do. There are people of all different shapes and sizes and fitness levels, so there is always someone at your level.The interaction between all the member sis also great-They push you as well as the trainer, so you get that little bit more out of yourself!. I highly recommend this service..

I am 50 years young, and started with Step into Life Cheltenham 4.5 months ago. 2 weeks ago I ran 4 kilometers, a feat not achieved by myself for over 25 years. This changed my outlook completely on what I can achieve physically. Donna has encouraged, supported and driven me get this far, with plenty more to come. Bring it on Donna.
