The food and service was great and Lachlan the waiter and the other staff were great and it's a place to be on your must visit for dinner or lunch

They have great steaks (as well as other items) here. Great value set menu on most weekdays. The owner/staff are always welcoming and makes you feel like a valued customer!

Stapleton's meat quality is excellent so they have great produce. The swiss theme is something different and it's hearty winter fare. Could use a massive makeover however as decor is a little 70's and sad....

On most special occasions we love to visit Stapletons. It has a lovely small bar in which to wait for your table and have a drink and a quiet chat. The staff are very professional and courteous. When we attended with a large group for my 40th birthday, the waiter seemed genuinely interested in the occasion and making it a special one. The chef and owner always comes out to the restaurant to chat with diners which gives the dining experience an even more personal feel. Leo the chef loves trains, car racing and football and has a lot of interesting collectables around the restaurant which are great conversation points. My husband is a huge steaks and ribs lover and rates this place above all others.

Oh my-the food is just amazing. The steaks are unbelievable. The best I have ever had. The service is also fantastic. The chef even comes out during the night and asks how your meal was.
