I have been dealing with Stain Busters for at least the past five years. I have cream-coloured carpet (stupid choice but looks nice!) which is usually pretty grotty before Stain Busters arrive. Nick arrives on time, always courteous, pleasant, business-like and with sound knowledge of his trade. I am always more than delighted with the results - like having new carpet. I can honestly recommend Stain Busters to anyone seeking professional carpet cleaning services.

With teenagers, a baby and two beagles, after three years without professional cleaning, I didn't think anything could revive our cream carpet - but I was wrong! I had all our carpets and rugs cleaned and they look almost new again. I also had the tiles cleaned and they look fresh and shiny. $320 for the lot. Nick was was very friendly, knowledgable and did a great job. I would highly recommend the company and their service (in fact, I've already passed on their contact details to my in-laws).

I had 5 rooms and 2 rugs cleaned. The carpets came up far better than I expected (2 children under the age of 5 and 2 large dogs had taken it's toll) and the whole lot was only $195 including vanilla deodoriser throughout. Nick was a pleasure to deal with and willingly gave me great advice on how to help prevent further damage as well as what the best type of carpet would be to get if/when we replace it in the future. Will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family in the future.

Wow - a thoroughly excellent and professional job was done by Nick from Stain Busters. We had the whole house, rugs and a lounge cleaned. Having three active children and cream carpets, I was sure that there would be a few stains left behind after cleaning but was amazed to see that the carpets/rugs looked like new and it was all done very quickly. Nick was lovely to deal with, will definately use Stain Busters again.

I have had my carpets cleaned by stainbusters about 5 times over the last couple of years. Every single time my carpets cum up beautiful. They are very friendly and professional and are happy to answer any questions. Having 2 young kids my carpets get a bit dirty, stainbusters change that! Well worth every dollar. I want use anyone else.

We tried one of the living social deals for carpet cleaning recently as it was much cheaper. The results were terrible, I think the guy just vacuumed! So I went straight back to Stainbusters (who I've used or a few years now) a week later my carpets are clean. So clean that my 5 year old son asked me how we'd got a new house!!!!

I had two properties to be cleaned and needed an 8am start. Both times the young men were on time, clean, pleasant and did a great job. I had intended going back to the second job to mop over the floor but the young man said not to worry he would fix it before the final inspection. I was very pleased.

I had a severe red wine stain cleaned from my carpet and stains removed from 3 dining chairs. The service was prompt, professional and polite.
