My partner and I have been in our place for 3 yrs and this is the first time we had our carpets done. I had the entry, family living and 1 bedroom cleaned. There were plenty of stains in the enrty and Nick did a great job in removing ALL stains. Nick was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice in future care of my carpets. From start to finish was about an hour and half and the carpets were dry within 4hrs. I will definitely get my carpets cleaned through Stain Busters again.

I had a 2 Bedroom unit carpet cleaned. (more like replaced,it looks brand new now.) We have 3 boys 9,2 and 5 months, so you could only imagine what state the carpets were in. It started with the professional and polite manner I was dealt with over the phone. I was given a date and a time. Nathan the stain busting man was right on time, he presented himself well and was polite, he was quick but his attention to detail on every spot was plain and simply amazing. After he was finished the carpet really looked "brand new" again. Now I have been waiting for over two weeks for the stains to return as the carpet totally dried. Unlike the other "carpet cleaning " companies the stains have not in any way returned (we have new ones....kids) the stains have truly been "busted" Your only wasting money going anywhere eles.
