Averagely done scallops and chips, better chinese food - weird menu selection offering. Good friendly service and must say prices are fair too.

The scallops are okay, chips are well cooked but the "chicken" is quite fatty and contains some unusual bits. Also a bit tough, needs further cooking to be on the safe side and the bones are quite large. I can't help but think I'm eating duck or turkey. I actually suspect that so i stopped eating..not exactly what I was after.
Overly awkward yet quick delivery.

their chinese food is good for the price u pay, their burgers and chips are ok, for the price you pay its a good feed. i especially love their chinese chicken omlette. thats AMAZING!! i make special trips there just for their chicken omlette, its been owned by the same people for quite a few years now and they seem to have maintained their standards, although from time to time i have purchased their fried chicken dinner packs and the chicken has been raw in the middle. overall its a pretty good take away though

The great thing about Stafford's takeaway is that it caters to different tastes - making it easier for everyone to agree on a place to get dinner from! Their delivery is usually pretty quick but they do quote slightly longer times, to cover themselves I assume. They are obviously pretty popular as there's been a few times that we have rung to order and they are out of what we want. The food is ok tasting - similar to that you would expect from any convenience/milkbar type store that also does takeaway. It is a bit greasier than other alternatives, though. The good news is that you get plenty of food and it's a great price!

I have twice ordered home delivery, the fried chicken is plentiful but an interesting and unique crumbing/batter, an acquired taste. probably better pickup as can be cold. But Stafford's also has may different flavours such as Chinese, fried chicken and chips, and burgers, good for the whole family.
