My mother was receiving end of life care when she was given the wrong medication and died a few hours later.
The Australian Open disclosure framework wasn't followed as my family were informed 3 weeks after the medication error. Taking away my family's ability to contact the coroner..
and causing my family endless trauma

My experience at this hospital has always been good, some nurse have been a bit blunt, but have always meant well. Other are very understanding and caring which made my experience so much more comforting! My doctor also works out of this hospital, and I couldn't have asked for a better pain specialist, he is VERY caring and understanding! I highly recommend him!

Tucked away at the end of the skinniest street on earth, this beautiful little hospital was warm with friendly staff, lovely wards and a great atmosphere. Considering some of the time hospitals smell like disinfectant and other such yucky things...this one was lovely. It has a 'home' type atmosphere and the staff are lovely.

We have used the maternity wing twice now and have been impressed with the staff and food. The food isn't your typical hospital food it does have taste. The staff are wonderful so helpful and leave you alone when you want to be. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The bathroom is great and I love the fact the baby bath is built in. It is very handy having it in the room.
