waiting times can be long during busy times, onsite pathology tests weekdays and saturdays, some good doctors who really take care to diagnose your ailments, friendly nurses who are very patient.

As like all doctors, waiting time is less to be desired. Though when I have taken my daughter in as an emergency, she was seen ASAP. Also, walk in appointments that have to wait for the next available free space is not a huge wait either. English speaking doctors and bulk billing is good for me!

Waiting times 1 hour + every time. I've been there a few times because it's so local but not any more. Doctors don't listen to you and don't even examine. Eg: I had stomach pain so had my blood pressure tested because he could do that from where he was sitting and he didn't even get out of the chair to look any further at me. Pathology is very handy but not when the Doctor forgets to ask for certain (normal) tests and they have to be re-done. Appauling service. One Doctor kept running out of the room to check on someone else in another room in the middle of my appointment!!! I would rather pay out of pocket expense for professional service. I won't be going back.

Wait times in line with my past experiences at Bulk Billing centres - generally wait times are longer in the afternoons.

We've seen a few different doctors, and been pretty happy with most. It's not too hard to get a same day appointment.

It's handy that they have a pathologist there in the mornings.

Parking is not the best when it's busy.

5 star for value because they bulk bill. I had an appointment for 5:00om and wasn't seen until 6:20pm. Had to ask if they'd forgotten about me. Apparently, they were just running "a little behind,' From now on, I'll happily have the out of pockets that come with seeing a non bulk billing doctor in pakenham, because these guys were horrible. They must allocate 5 minutes per patient, as if that's enough to diagnose people with an appropriate level of care given. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere, unless of course you have time to kill as well as a certain desire to read every year old magazine in the waiting room.

If the expectations of Bulk Billing Clinics are generally lower than up-market surgeries, then St. A's is remarkable and punching way above it's weight.

Personally, it's the most thorough, reassuring, professional and effective practice I've attended.

The availability of appointments and Bulk Billing facilities are bonuses.

This is a great medical centre with friendly staff. They do bulk billing which is fantastic for anyone but particularly if you need to visit a doctor regularly but can't afford it. I will be going back and there is plenty of carparks and you can also just go there without an appointment and they fit you in which is good if the reason is time sensitive.

The are fantastic because they Bulk Bill, you can book your appointments with specific doctors, or just rock up without one and they will try to fit you in. Very kind people at this place.
