My whole family has been to see Nick at one time or another with neck and back issues. He is great at explaining the problem/s and helping you get back on track without insisting you come back more times than you need. We have also seen Sam and he is equally as good.

Have been seeing Nick at Spring Osteo for many years and can honestly say I have never been to anyone who has helped me more in terms of chronic joint pain and just one off "slept badly" aches and pains. Went in for neck & shoulder problems and was treated by Sam. Never seen an Osteo before so I have no basis for comparison (have previously seen Chiro in the past), so all I can review is my own experience.
In the morning before I went I couldn't lift my arm or turn my head with its usual range of movement or without pain due to ongoing health issues. By the end of my session I had a wider range of movement and the pain was gone.
Sam was professional, informative and sensitive to my individual needs, and gave great advice on exercises to perform in between sessions.
I look forward to returning for regular sessions.
