Went a few weeks ago, staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, asked for assistance from what I thought was a manager by the name of Razia. All I was after was a particular fabric. Unfortunately they did not have it. I questioned wether it could be searched on the system where else had it which seemed like a big drama as she started to raise her voice at me. Is customer service not part of your job?
As I was browsing whilst waiting for her to check I overheard her speaking to another team member named Stella if I remember correctly. Not only had she not been to look for me yet she was bitching about how unreasonable I had been. This is a retail store, customer service is a must for running it. You would think management would know that. Will not be returning and will be speaking to head office about how this simple task was handled.

I have had a couple of really bad experiences in this store, from ordering in fabric and only knowing it had arrived because I went to the store and saw it on the shelf. Wait time to have fabric cut is sometimes very long and staff are not always knowledgeable. While the store is huge the range is limited and individual items are hard to find in the disorganization. A good store if you know exactly what you want and can get in and get out.

There was a big 3 day sale and sales assistants were willing to assist me with their enquiry, and I didn't have to wait long. Maybe because I got there late.

In the fabric section I could have waited forever for all they cared, although I have come across one person that wanted to help. The shop was messy and needed someone to really keep things tidy. The shop is huge and has a hug range of fabrics and upholstery and has a great party shop but again it needs to be kept a little more tidy.

this place has an excellent range of fabrics, from silks to cottens etc. Some areas are very messy such as the craft ranges, and some stock appears to be quite old. However, because of the massive range they are a great local option when you need some piece of crafting material that is not carried anywhere else. Staff are very nice, but sometimes hard to locate.

This is a huge spotlight! I love it, the service is ok but the product range is even better. everything is reasonably priced. its scrap booking galore!
