I love spot light, I buy all my sewing items from here, it was no trouble for then to help with any question I had when I brought my janome from them, I actuall have visited a few spotlight stores and always find them polite and willing to help, make suggestions that help you to make things easier. They are a great company.

Staff very rude and unhelpful. Like they don't want to be there. When asking for assistance the staff give very vague answers like they either don't know the answer or couldn't be bothered to help.

Great Place for buying fabrics, dinnerware, bed linen, beads, party supplies, anything really. Great prices, great service and if you become a Spotlight member you can really save money. Always a sale on something.

The stock is amazing everything you could possibly need however where are the staff for help such a big store and no on the floor staff i hate this it takes so long to find someone for assistance

Dont go anywhere else! This place has everything. From all your usual material requirements and sewing type stuff, to party stuff - all that you need (they even have their own massive section for this with helium balloons for special occasions etc.) to all homeware stuff, great variety and good prices (and quality.)

The store layout is very easy to understand and find the items you need. There is always a special to get and a bargain or two as well. The variety of goods is fantastic especially the party section.

I love spotlight, it is one of my favourite stores as I have not long moved and needed curtains and blinds etc etc. The staff (if you can find someone) are very helpful.

I love shopping here and I often pick up great 'specials' for home. Recently, some ready-made curtains were on sale for $39 a pair and I find the quality of their materials to be excellent.
