Will be contacting consumer protection as I’ve been feel I’ve been discriminated against because of where I live.. surely this can’t be legal..
Please read below.. after calling for 30 mins and sitting on hold for well over that..
I attempted to purchase tickets for UFC 284, was advised by the consultant over the phone that no worries we have P7 packages available which were $825
I said fantastic I’ll take 2, they then took my details only to be told I’ll put you on hold.. when they picked after a short wait I’m advised because I live in Rockingham which is over 50kms from the even that they can’t sell me the tickets because it’s the same state… even though people of the UFC forum in WA have also purchased…nowhere on their website do they clarify that you need to live out of state and would have loved to come up for the weekend… really upsetting as I was told I could have had them only to be put on hold and told a manager said no… if they can contact me and sell me the tickets I’ll remove the review.. however really upset and disappointed in their service
And gutted I won’t be able to see the ufc on my birthday :(
