My friend and I had dinner at SparQling before watching a movie at Burwood last night. SparQling was quite busy when we walked passed and looked promising, so we decided to give it a go. SparQling had a big selection of food on the menu, definitely something for everybody and every appetite. The service was quick, and the staff were friendly. I found the prices a little high in comparison to other restaurants of similar cuisine and style.

It was truly love at first sight. Walking in, we were amazed by how nice the place looked. The cascading water down the wall and the nice colour complemented well.
The food here is amazing. Our drinks always get to us fast and entrees are very good and appetising! The garlic prawn risotto always has us coming back for more! But the mains, they are the real beauty. The servings are just amazing! They are always SO big. Very generous! Whenever we go, we can share 2 mains between 4 (we don't eat that much but still!). The servings are huge, and the steak. WOW. Forget those thin slices of meat other places are passing of as steak. This place has thick tender slices of steak with big servings of wedges or chips. The sauce is delish too!
And desert, wow, don't get me started. It's amazing how there is the one person outside doing all the deserts. Presentation is amazing and the desert is delicious mmm.

The only downside is the waitresses can sometimes be a bit snobby. But all-in-all I love this place for its food ! Very good value!
