Hate the $3 paper charge and $2 extra if you pay via bpay instead of using your credit card.
Awful service I have waited over an hour on the phone for a response and sometimes dont even get one. It would be nice if some of the phone operators could be based here as it was almost impossible for them to understand me and me to understand them.

I dont think the monthly phone contracts are really worth it and I wont sign up with them again once my contract is over.

I do not know how these guys stay in busines. If you can through toanyone then they do not have any record of previous issues or blatanly deny they have done anything wrong. This was by far my worst experience ever with a telco was almost enough for me to have to slum back with telstra.

Can't wait for my contract to be up in November. Had to change to emailed bill as paper one would cost me $3 per month. I am going back to prepaid and not with them. Have had horrendous difficulty trying to speak to anyone about anything - unless it is bill payment.

I currently on a plan with Soul, and I have just received a letter advising that a new charge of $3.00 each month if I want to receive a paper bill in the mail. Not happy with the new charge.

We have been with Soul Communications for almost 4 years. The experience with them is good. We also recommend our friends to use it. So far, so good. Cheap but Good plan.

These guys bought out "B Clear and Simple" (which is who I was with originally). Their customer service is SOOOOOO bad guys that I'd be very wary of using this company again (if only my contract was up, I'd leave them for sure).

I received the worst service I have ever experienced! I was on a 24 mth contract and they wont stop charging my credit card after three months. I have contacted my bank and they are working on getting my money back. Firstly I waited over 1.5hrs on hold (luckily I have speaker phone) just to speak to the right person - I called them three times and each time they tell me that the money will be returned within 8 business days and it hasnt been as yet! I sent them an email and I got told the same thing via email customer service. They are either going broke or they just dont care about public relations. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Go to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO). I did and they helped alot!

The service in the shopping centre kiosks is good, thats how they suck you in! The customer service at the call centre is atrocious! The hold times are incredibly long have waited up to 4 hours on hold. All their phone services are on contract, so once you realise the issues with the company it costs an absolute fortune to try and get rid of them. Am constantly overcharged on my bills, so now have to check all thoughrally and still every month I find mistakes. Can't wait to finish my contract with them so I can go elsewhere. The online options are very limited and often aren't functioning. Hard to understand and be understood by the customer service people.

I was with them before Soul bought out B Clear and Simple. They were great then. There should be a law that states that consumers can get out of their contracts if a company is bought out and the customers service/conditions change!
