My husband and I ate here and I am truly gobsmacked at our experience....talk about taking customers for a ride!
We arrived and the place was empty, wonder why? We were given a menu and told that most of the menu was ‘unavailable’ but we could have steaks starting from $55. We went for a mixed grill each which was served with ‘homemade vegetables’ and corn for $38.
Firstly, we ordered a glass of Pinot each, and I noticed straight away mine was quite dark compared to my husbands glass and one taste proved it was old and had turned to vinegar.
When we got the mixed grill, we were told that although it was supposed to have 4 kinds of meat....the chicken and lamb on the mixed grill was also not available so only got bits of poor quality beef and pork.
It didn’t end there, the corn was not on the cob or anything like that, it was corn kernels from a tin served in a little dish and when I mixed it with my fork the corn on the bottom was discoloured and brown also clearly old. On the side was a few small chunks of roasted potato, zucchini and carrot that had clearly been reheated in the microwave as the temperature was uneven and my carrots was undercooked and partially raw. We ordered a side serving of fries which was the only thing worth eating! So 2 wines, 2 unacceptable mixed grills and a small basket of fries was $103!!! I have truly never had a worse dining experience and this place has so much potential but with the poor service and terrible quality food for inflated prices, I am surprised this place can survive. We came here through the entertainment book hoping to find a gem...we found a dud!! Will not be back.

Purely the best steak that I have had ( and I have had many around the world! ).
The owner is passionate with the quality of the cuts of meat and it definitely shows.
I had the eye fillet.
Served on a very hot stone for you to cook to your preference. The process is explained to you and then you are left to enjoy. No oil, so no splatter on your clothes, excellent.
We often like to enjoy a dessert however the main was so delicious and filing we did not need anything else.
I highly recommend this place, its a hidden Gem.

An amazing dining experience. The starters where absolutely divine, Tuna crostini fennel, tapenade and Balsamic eggplant topped with prosciutto a real treat for the pallet. Cooking on a stone grill is something you must do, fat free and delicious. The beef to die for as was the salmon. Staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend coming to this restaurant

Tried this place on a Groupon voucher for the stone grill set dinner. Entree had the prawns delight and gyoza which were nice and well presented. The gyoza looked freshly made whilst the prawns looked frozen. The mains were stone grilled porterhouse steak and Norwegeian salmon which were both very fresh and the idea of cooking it yourself on your own stone plate was fun. The stone is really hot and stays hot througout the meal. The mains come with chips and salads on the side. The desserts were sorbet which looked purchased elsewhere and vanilla icecream. This was a fun dinner. My hair however smelt of smoke right through tot he next day though.
