Soban is a Korean Fusion sort of joint. The Bulgogi beef bibimbap, salmon bibimbap, seafood pancake, the mushroom salad and the tofu pot stew are favourites. Nice, comfortable seating. Decent service. Good quality and tasty side dishes come together with the set meals (6 varieties).

They have a nice selection of interesting Korean food. Make sure you try the rice wine thing that they serve in a bowl... Be careful it'll creep up on you. :)

i love this place. we went to watch a late movie and this is one of the few places open till late and they did takeaway and give us a discount place. we hide at the back of the cinema and watch the movie and enjoyed the food! the soup, the side dishes, the rice and the beef, everything is perfect cooked. and served in a very cute packaging.

THE most delicious Korean restaurant ever (so far)! I had a Teri chicken bibimbap which was quite hot for me but the chicken pieces were well fried, not oily or crispy, just RIGHT. My dad ordered the Teri-chicken kimchi fried rice which was the best kimchi fried rice I'd tasted by far! I liked the idea of the individual side-dishes and soup, which is uncommon for traditional Korean restaurants. Impressive website!

Had dinner at Soban Korean Restaurant tonight and would highly recommend this restaurant. Set menu Kimchi Teri Chicken was great, with side dishes and soup good value for $16.90.
Service was very good, and meal came out quickly which was appreciated as we were off to a movie.

Quite dark inside, nice ambience. The vegetable bibimbab is nice and you get all those enjoyable side dishes. They definitely are more sophisticated/stylish in their plating.Great new Korean restaurant, tasty dishes and very filling. I tried the seafood pancakes and beef bibimbap - sensational.

Soban was a fine place to dine at, I don't usually go to Korean restaurants and this was quite a pleasant experience for me. The food was scrumptious, and there were many things on the menu which I had never heard before, let alone taste so all in all, I had a fun time, a very interesting dinner, and would be very willing to come back and try new foods.
